H R Das, a renowned artist, has received awards from various art foundations. These include the Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation in Mumbai in 2017, the All India Fine Arts and Craft Society in New Delhi in 2010, The Art Society Of India in Mumbai in 2009, and the Bombay Art Society in Mumbai in 2009.

He completed his Master of Fine Arts from K.S.O. University in Mysore, Karnataka, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwa Vidyalaya in Khairagarh, Chhattisgarh, and a B.Sc. from the University of Burdwan in West Bengal.

HR Das has showcased his art in solo exhibitions at prestigious galleries, including the ICA Gallery in Jaipur, Lalit Kala Akademi in New Delhi, Gallery Splash in Gurgaon, Jahangir Art Gallery in Mumbai, Suchitrra Art Gallery in Mumbai, Art Entrance in Mumbai in 2007, Bajaj Art Gallery in Mumbai, Nehru Centre Art Gallery in Mumbai, and a duo show at Jehangir Art Gallery in Mumbai.

Moreover, he has been part of numerous group shows in cities such as Mumbai, New Delhi, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Bangalore, Dubai, and the USA.

Additionally, he has contributed to art camps like the KARA Art Camp by Dr. Reddy’s Foundation in Hyderabad, Art by the Sea – III at Carter Road Amphitheatre in Mumbai, a National Art Camp in Udaipur organized by Galleria VSB in New Delhi, a National Art Camp in Manali organized by Galleria VSB in New Delhi, and an Artists Camp organized by AIFACS.

HR Das’ creations are exhibited in various esteemed locations, including Governor Houses in Chhattisgarh, AIFACS in New Delhi, the UAE, USA, UK, and several private collections.
