Born in 1948 in Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, this accomplished artist holds a “Higher Drawing” qualification from the AP State Board of Technical Education & Training, Hyderabad, and an MFA from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore. With over 35 years as a Drawing Master in government service, he contributed extensively to Telugu literature, designing over 1,000 literary publication covers and publishing illustrations in leading Telugu weeklies like *Andhra Bhoomi*, *Andhra Jyothi*, and *Andhra Prabha* (1975–2000). He participated in major art camps, including National Integration Art Camps in Bangalore (1989) and Trivandrum (1978), and the Art @ Telangana Camp in Hyderabad (2014).
His solo exhibitions, such as “Rustic Tales” (2011–2013) at Beyond Coffee and Muse Art Gallery, and participation in numerous group shows at esteemed venues like Salar Jung Museum, Kalakriti Art Gallery, and Muse Art Gallery, reflect his artistic range. Thematic group exhibitions like “Telangana Artists Group Show,” “Art for Cause” (in aid of Hudhud victims), and “Art as Investment” further highlight his social commitment and creative excellence, cementing his reputation in India’s vibrant art scene.
